Credits are purchased as pay-as-you-go packages. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
You retain ownership of images you generate using our platform. Templates you create are your property. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. You grant us a license to process your content for service delivery.
You may not use MediaForge to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
MediaForge is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
